Jimmy Canton — United States

Jimmy Canton was born on February 1, 1932 in Newhall, Iowa. He performed his first motorcycle jump at the age of 19. Later he went full time in the daredevil business. He performed with such stunt shows as, the American Thrill Show (1 year), Tournament of Thrills (2 years), and the Joie Chitwood Show (40 years). He has over 43 years in the stunt business. The bikes he used to jump with include the Triumph 500, the Indian Scout, and a 1955 BSA Goldstar Scrambler which he still has in his basement. Jimmy passed away April 20, 2018.
